Please note that we provide free update service, so if you want to change the design please reply our confirm email within 2 days. And if you need us to re-draw the portrait, we may need more time to complete it and ship it to you.

Compared with ordinary products, customized products require you to wait more time, but please believe that the waiting is worth it, you will receive a beautifully packaged, well-drawn, textured portrait by the artist.

We ship worldwide. Please note, we can't ship Express to a PO box. 

Standard Shipping may not be available to some remote locations. If your address is deemed a remote location, it will be shipped using the best alternative shipping service.

We use Yun express, CNE, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

The shipping frame may face delay issue due to Holiday, Covid 19 and natural disaster, our packages may take longer than usual to reach you.

Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too! Don't worry, we always check your photo.

For best results, make sure to:

- Upload the highest possible resolution (2000x2000 recommended)

YES, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or sms.

Absolutely YES! All customers get to preview their artwork and request 1 free change before printing.

The digital portrait will be sent to you directly on the email from which you placed the order. If you order the poster portrait, the digital portrait will be sent to you by email and after your approval, the poster portrait will be sent to your home address.
