About modeling:
For the convenience of printing and use, we will apply a certain degree of artistic processing to your model, which means that we will not reproduce your pet image 100%.
Including the proportions of the head and body will be appropriate modificated to place flower pot, pet clothes and accessories will not be added to the model.

Production process
We will design a draft for you. Most of the products will confirm the draft with you first, (including porcelain, model and painting products). Please feel free to let us know if you want to update the draft, we will try our best to satisfied you.

Q: How long will it take to receive the item(s）after payment？
A: About 7 weeks.

Please note that we provide free update service, so if you want to change the design please reply our confirm email within 2 days. And if you need us to re-draw the portrait, we may need more time to complete it and ship it to you.
In this case, the delivery time may extend from 3-4 weeks to 4-5 weeks, generally it depends on how you want to modify the painting.
Compared with ordinary products, customized products require you to wait more time, but please believe that the waiting is worth it, you will receive a beautifully packaged, well-drawn, textured portrait by the artist.
We ship worldwide. Please note, we can't ship Express to a PO box.
Standard Shipping may not be available to some remote locations. If your address is deemed a remote location, it will be shipped using the best alternative shipping service.

Is my photo good enough?
Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too! Don't worry, we always check your photo.For best results, make sure to:
- Upload the highest possible resolution (2000x2000 recommended)
- Photo is taken in (day)light

We often create portraits of pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. We can always work with our customers and make it work even if they do not have a clear photo of their pet. Our artists are very talented at what they do!

Can I see the artwork before it gets made?
Absolutely YES! You will get preview of these artwork, and you could ask for update if you want.
PS: To ensure production efficiency, if you want to change the model, please reply to us within 48 hours after receiving the email.
Once the product starts production, it cannot be modified, but you can ask us to modify it in the confirmation email, and we will communicate with you repeatedly to ensure that we can produce a model that you are satisfied with
