For Sculpture Items（including wood products, ceramic products, resin products and other three-dimensional products）

3-7 days to draw model + 2-4 weeks to make + 2 weeks to ship = 5-7 weeks

*Attention: If you purchase any sculpture products other than ceramic materials, you will receive the draft within 3-7 working days after placing the order. If you customize a ceramic product, you will not receive a draft. If you want to know the production progress of the order, please feel free to contact us by email.

For Canvas Items

The Total Time（13- 24 working days） = Shipping Time（7- 14 working days） + Production Time（6-10 working days）

The Production Time = Painting Time（3-5 working days） + Printing Time（3-5 working days）

*Attention: We will have an art preview to you within 3-5 working days（Painting Time） after you place your order.

Once you approve it, we will spend 3-5 working days（Printing Time）to print it.

The shipping may take 7-14 working days.

So it might take 13-24 working days（The Tatol Time）for you to receive the artwork. We know it's a little bit long but we would rather you receive your canvas slightly later and be happy with it than receive it quicker and be disappointed.

We ship worldwide. Please note, we can't ship Express to a PO box. 

Standard Shipping may not be available to some remote locations. If your address is deemed a remote location, it will be shipped using the best alternative shipping service.

We use Yun express, CNE, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

The shipping frame may face delay issue due to Holiday, Covid 19 and natural disaster, our packages may take longer than usual to reach you.
