Q: How long will it take to receive the portrait(s）after payment？
A: About 13-24 working days.
Including：3-5 days to draw (May be little delay during peak times) + 3-5 days to print + 7-14 working days to ship
Please note that we provide free update service, so if you want to change the design please reply our confirm email within 2 days. And if you need us to re-draw the portrait, we may need more time to complete it and ship it to you.
In this case, the delivery time may extend from 3-4 weeks to 4-5 weeks, generally it depends on how you want to modify the painting.
Compared with ordinary products, customized products require you to wait more time, but please believe that the waiting is worth it, you will receive a beautifully packaged, well-drawn, textured portrait by the artist.
We ship worldwide. Please note, we can't ship Express to a PO box.

Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too! Don't worry, we always check your photo.For best results, make sure to:
